MY 91 Mini ME

I have a 89 crx si and i did the d15b7/d16z6 swap. i have everything done and the car turns over, it fires, gets fuel but wont run. if i put a ground to the oil temp sensor that is the only way the fuel pump will turn on(wierd huh?) i need to know what the hell is going on. PLEASE HELP.

I want to know waht the solenoid hooks too? i want to know why when i take a wire and ground it and connect it to my oil temp sensor my fuel pump turns on?
