Window Trim

simple question, trying my best to black out my ej8 and the window trim is throwing it off with all the black stuff chipping off revealing the shinyness below, wana take it off so i can paint it but not sure how it comes out, any help would be great

I thing he means the trim that goes over the b pillar

he is talking about the black piece that runs along the bottom of the window. mine is chipping off also. im not sure if you can remove it or not. i was going to paint mine by just taping up everything around it real good making sure it wouldnt catch any overspray.

mask and tape is ur best bet

on my ef hatch it pops off but is very easily broken in the process, now i have none
