dude, no offense but there are tons of threads about this exact question on here, that MANY people have already asked....
i will give you this answer but you need to extensively search ..
nothing in life is handed to you on a silver platter, same applies for the internet.......

you can pm corey r on here he makes custom manifolds,
also spooled motorsports, and a couple of others..... first off make a Budget, and then a hp goal and build from there.....

and ps..... any d-series manifold willl work....well not d17 but you wouldnt want to build one of those anyhoo
a ZC is still a d.... even a DOHC
