Hey Folks
Thought I would take a moment to introduce myself.
My name is Rod and I live in Ottawa Ontario Canada. I have just recently come to unexpectedly be the owner of 2 92 Civic HB. One is a Dx with D15B7 and the other is an Si with a D16Z6 ( think thats the code). I'm driving the Dx now for the winter( big jim and the twins were gettin a bit cool on the motorcycle). Sometime in the spring I think I will be swapping in the D16Z6 and trans into the dx with a few basic bolt ons to give me a bit more passing power. I'm told it is a fairly simple swap with just some minor wiring issues to complete. Any input or advice with the swap would be appriciated.I am looking forward to picking up all the fun and info I can playing with these two Civics. I will not pretend to know alot about Honda swaps or performance. But I think I have a decent grasp on the mechanical end and I am alrerady finding lots of usefull info on the site.

whats wrong w/ the si body? If i was you i would keep the dx a DD/parts runner/parts car, and build up the d16z6 (they love boost *wink wink*)

welcome to the site!

I would love to use the Si as my main car but the body is terrible shape and consumed with rust. I have a fully equipped 3 bay mechanical shop. So the parts swapping would be the easiest route for me. The Dx has been rustproofed yearly and is in really good shape considering it is an Ontario car.
