Sohc vtec zc

Can any one give me the specs on this motor? I know its something like the z6 but ive been told there a lil differnt any one know?

only difference is speculated to be the cam.. i believe it is.. some believe it isnt.. everything else is z6
i have one in my eg.. nice motor!

Ah ok i just picked one up to day and i was just carious. I tryed searching but all i got was people agureing about it and never the facts.

the head is an actual z6 head.. same stamping....
sounds stupid but when ihad the stock cam "vtec" seemd quite a bit different than other z6 cars i had rode in... and i didnt have really anyhting done

Well thanks man i guess ill find out he in a bit when i do the swap. Maybe i can end the d15b vtec vs zc vtec wich is better debate. I blew my d15b 2 days ago I had the motor for three years and i was not happy with it at all

Well i did the swap to day. To me it feels stronger through the whole rpm range than the d15b. And i used the ZC IM wich doesnt have a place to put the vac line for the purge valve thing. Can i just use a T and tap it into another vac line? And the only other problem i having its if you rev it up a lil or come to a stop and the rpmsgo back down it will kinda flutter for like a sec and drop to like 400rpms then it will go back up to 800 and be fine. Any ideas of what my cause this?

What head is suspose to be on this motor. I thought it was p28 but mine stamped with p08 is this right? The block is stamped ZC on the front and p28 on the rear. I thought the p08 was the d15b vtec head.
