Ok here is my question about suspensions. Which is best bang for the buck? Why are coilovers cheaper than springs? Am I the only one that sees this? Is it because you'll have to buy a camber kit? Wont you most likely have to buy one anyhow no matter how you lower? Full adjustable suspension (Eibach or Neuspeed) probably will be the way I will go because its proven and my car could use all new equipment anyhow. A car can go lower with the oem bumpers rather than with a body kit installed, right?, so should we suppose that those with kits arn't really driving thier cars? Which setup do you guys prefer?

People who get body kits usually can't drive for shit and think their car is badass with I/H/E only, so... we call it rice. All show, no go.
As for your suspension questions, I think you'll find all the answers you need if you just browse the suspension section.
And there is no general best bang for buck because theres too many applications. Best bang for buck for a zippy DD is different than a wekend racer is different than a mostly track car.

Really, even if the information wasn't right at your fingertips with the search button, we can't advise anything useful without knowledge of application. That would be like me trying to quote a custom computer to someone with no knowledge of what they will use it for.
