Save youtube video?

How, if possible, do you save the video on youtube?

i used to know this. they may have changed it though... say you're using internet explorer... go to your "temporary internet files" - and delete everything. (keep this window open). then reload the video on youtube... there should appear some big file (when the movie is completely loaded) and i think it's in some shockwave flash form. copy and paste to some folder...then you need a shockwave flash player. that's about it. anyone know an easier way?
