Help with this Spring Kit from MimoUSA

I got the parts I had been waiting for.
Unfortunately the spring kit had no documentation in it. Has anyone installed these before?

There are some O rings that keep the sleeve and the strut from rattling (Theory)

The sleeve threads do not go all the way to the right. Is that the top or the bottom. How are those rings installed? Does the sleeve go on top of the spring or on the bottom?
I have an e-mail to the seller (Amazon guy). Anyway if you guys have any advice, Ill use it.

I will flame myself on the way home tonight, for being a n00b non-searcher.

I found the info I needed on another thread.
It was for Ground Control lowering springs but the hardware is very similar. So, I figured out. Thanks D-Series Community:)
