Well, I'm amassing the parts and am almost there. I've read about 25 diff write ups on how to do the swap, and relatively confident I can pull it off without too much hassle, (knock on wood). I'm just wondering, IF I have everything I need AND things go relatively smoothly, what kind of time frame does this take? On all the write ups I've read, no one states a time frame. I am just wondering because this is my daily and I'll have to get to work on monday.

I'll be starting on Saturday night when I get home from work and working all day sunday. I'd love to hear from anyone who has done one of these swaps. Tips, things to look for, or make sure I have before hand. You know, helpful tips. Of course being like I am everything will be soldered and shrink tubed. I've already got a roll of that crinkle tube to run wires in to keep that clean look going on.

Post up! support, tips, etc... and of course, how long will this job take?
thanks, B

Every thing I've ever read says plan on 4-5 hours, but it depends on how well you can solder and how good you make it look. When you do it you might as well tuck the wires under the intake. But you should be able to have it done Sunday with no problems.
