You can use truck radiator hoses.

those clamps will be more then the rest of the itb setup. Their expensive! Expect to pay a couple hundred.

try rubber clamps found in hardware stores for plumbing pipes. they're really durable.

Or more preferably, use OEM couplers if you're using bike ITBs.
