how do you like it and what are all of the features on it

the greddy kits have an rpm and speedo readout. i think that would be helpful to see how accurate my stock guages are.

does the apexi have similar features?

thanks

blitz dd

ftw

the blitz looks nice also.....i see it has a boost readout.

does anyone know if a special harness for a honda needs to be used on any turbo timer or are they all universal?

thanks

hks, works good. I had the Greddy one, but I didn't like it as much. The hks subtracts time when you're sitting at a red light, the greddy wouldn't, it would keep counting up no matter what for some reason.

turbo timers arent necessary IMO

yeah i can understand that, but i spent a lot of money on my turbo and i just want to play it safe.

Alot if the times i am in a hurry and i dont have time to let my car idle.......even for 30 seconds.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

can anyone tell me if this harness is necessary or if it just to make it easier when hooking up the harness?

i have an apexi one. I like it. Even though the o2 sensor isn't exactly accurate its just fun stuff to play around with. I like the smart feature where the turbo timer is allowed a certain amount of time and then a minimal time also. it will choose according to how you drive how much time to idle for. Last time I drove it said 2:40s hahah

I mounted it in my glovebox. :)

i dunno........im not arguing with you, ive just never owned a turbo vehicle before so im learning as i go.

i would just rather be safe then sorry ya know.

i appreciate the input!

I got a greedy it was cheap i like it nice and small. Its got good use for me cause i'm constantly running late so i have no time to let it idle for a bit and let the oil run through the snail and cool it off. I'm mister tardy.

Greddy for me, got it new for cheap. Adds time while driving, takes time away while idleing.

the biggest reason why I wanted to get one was because I didnt like sitting there and COUNTING. A big reason i didnt get one earlier was because the turbo timer couldn't be on while the alarm was armed unless the wires were rewired.

HKS. I'm happy with it.

During the summer it's useless. I always have the top off so it has plenty of cool down time while I'm putting the top back on to go anywhere.

The apexi timer is very decent, very tiny to. It has an indication of A/F, volt, and some other things. But seriously its like spending money on water from a shop when you got free water in your spring @ home. Save your money! If you purchase things like this, sudenly you got enough money to buy a new turbo :D
