noise out of turbosmart 38mm Wastegate

I was running my car a little hard today, I stopped at the store really quick.When I started driving my car I heard a clicking & hissing noise coming out from under the hood. When I got home Looked under the hood sounded like it was in my wastegate? I took it apart looked at the spring! looks ok? Any one have an idea what it could be,also notice alittle boost spike about 2psi more...:mad:

maybe it just got really hot and shit was expanding or it didnt close right,,, i dont even know if that is possible.

once the car cooled down did it still do it?
