I'm getting ready to order my Quaife for my 98 Civic EX tranny. These part descriptions look confusing. I think I need 60.309.155 (40mm bearings). Can someone confirm?
Honda Quaife ATB Limited Slip Differential LSD - 60.309.155 Honda - Civic / CRX Si / EX models 88-99, except 90-91 Si (40mm bearings)
Honda Quaife ATB Limited Slip Differential LSD - 60.309.150 - Civic / CRX 1990-91 Si, plus non Si / EX 1988-99 (35mm bearings)
Thanks.

40mm, but why not just go with an OBX LSD?

I read all the Quaife vs OBX vs Kaaz vs Phantom Grip posts here and on H-T, took money out of the equation, and then went with Quaife. I also spoke with my local guy who's gonna do the install.

SOMEDAY Quaife might get those part numbers fixed, but I doubt it.
The 90-91 was a EX they messed with, 4.058 FD 35mm case.

Good luck getting a Quaife in the states. I hear they've been back ordered indefinitely.
Their new US vendor is Autotrac I believe? Just released a new version of the diff, not sure if there is a D-series app yet.

The OBX works the same as the quaife , i have put the 2 side by side and its a no brainer for me, the OBX is by far the best bang for the buck and it can handle more then any D will ever throw at it. go ahead and waste your cash, just dont be upset when we all point and LOL at yah for wasting good money ;)
