You can buy new bushing from energy suspension or get new LCA which in most cases come with the bushing installed already like omni power lca's.

Oh yeah and those bushing are gonna be a huge PITA. I went to a few semi truck suspension places and only one of them got the bushing out for me.
If you plan on upgrading to a rear sway and you got a car that doesn't have the LCA holes for the sway bar I'd say defintely go with omni.

I never had a probelm with mine. Used a propane torch to melt out the stock rubber and carefully used a recip. saw to cut the metal shell out. If your not comfortable with the recip saw you can use one of those hand attachments for hack saw blades and a 18 TPI blade.

Fire and a Saw FTW! This works great, i've done it myself.

or just go pay a shop to press them out ...I went with the energy suspension master kit , but I would prolly go OEM or mugen next time.

I woulden't go any other way for replacements again. Cheaper than Mugen or stock and works great.

You can buy them indivdually, but it's cheaper to get the master kit.

What is the big difference between ES and stockers? Does it make for a firmer feeling ride? And how bad are the squeaks, really?

It's firmer, but not a huge differance unless all your rubber is all slopped out like mine was on this car. it really dosen't squeak as bad as most people make it sound. I'm running the black ones though and that's supposed to help because there graphite impregnated.
Overall it's a nice upgrade, espically on a car with higer miles and extreamly worn components. It actually cleared up a lot of the "bouncy" feeling that was in the suspension and got rid of quite a few rattles from worn rubber.

I use the black ones, and it squeakys like crazy. Only in parking lots under 10mph. Everyone looks at you. They were greased when installed, but haven't been re-greased for a while.
It only bothers me occasionally. It may be actually working as a theft deterrent at my apt, because it really makes your car sound like a POS.
of course this is on a del sol, so I get a lot of noises :)
