Auto + MPFI swap Anything i should know?

I was digging around on ebay last night for a wiring harness and someone said in their description that if you have a auto to email them the harness needs to be adjusted for it.

Is there something diffrent about the wiring i would need to do?
Or is there ALOT of something I need to do?

Mine was a pain, I had wired everything per se of the numerous online instructions and the car ran like crap.

Took it to a shop and let them figure the crap out as it is my daily driver and the weekend car was apart at the time. Forgot what they told me it was, I still have two plugs that I don't know what they go to. The throttle body ended up having the TPS sensor tampered with. Didn't pass emissions for the longest time. Ended up using a DOHC zc throttle body from an auto 88 integra as finding one from a civic ex is harder than finding the ps9.

I haven't a clue why mine didn't work out so well, but definetly set aside a weekend to work on the car.

I am tearing the whole thing apart here pretty soon, so hopefully that will iron out some of the issues I had/have.
