what rings did you use with your SRP pistons?
i dont see that SRP makes their own for the D16s, maybe i missed them
im just curoius because on an engine i am putting together the perfect circle rings do not fit the pistons, the rings are too thick for the ring seats on the pistons

i bought JE Total Seal rings from Tuner Toys. i think they were like $77

ive heard good things about Hastings rings though, and i believe they are cheaper :TU:

heres the deal
at least on my 9.0:1 turbo pistons
the stock Z6 pistons take rings with the thikness of 1.2mm - 1.5mm - 2.8mm
the SRPs take 1.0-1.2-2.8
the Y8 stock pistons apparently are 1.0-1.2-2.8
iam going to get a set of Y8 rings from work and see if they fit, hopefully i will have at least my bottom end together next weekend

Where did you buy the SRP's from? If you bought them from the crower website the should've included rings with the pistons.

From the crower SRP page:

"Piston prices include pistons, wrist pins, rings and locks."
