I am doing a manual swap for my 98 civic 2dr and I was wondering if the 92 -95 side transmission mount bracket can work???? and what other mount do i need for this swap

no they wont u have to use ure stock brakets on the 96-00 tranny.

you cannot use any honda passenger side mount with a 92-00 manual transmission in an automatic chassis. You either have to cut the plates and weld them to another location. Or you have to get a custom mount. there are tons available. ~$180

wrong.

96+ there is no cutting and welding of mounts or brackets or aftermarket mounts for the conversion. you need to use 96+ mounts, not 95 or older.

stock manual mounts work, its the 95 and older tht need the $180 mount.
ill try and get a pic of what im talkin about, i just did my auto-manual conversion in feb-march.when my camera charges up ill go snap a pic.

cutting huh? well anywyz you need the bracket and mount off of a 96-00 civic manual trans like konig stated

NO it has to be with the 96-00 manual tranny
