I was wondering is it even possible it do a ZC Vtec but the it is a DOHC motor not the SOHC something like a B16 head or any other Vtec head would work? or not?

Nope, DOHC non-vtec is all the options for the DOHC head.

yup the d16a1, and the dohc zc are kinda oddballs they are not interchangeble with anything else
