I just wanted to know how many d-series members were running mechanical boost guages compares to electric?
I can only seem to find mechanical, but im not sure if that is more of a hassle to install in a A-pillar gauge pod with the vaccum line compared to just wires.
thanks

Its not much of a hassle at all. I've got a mechanical boost gauge and a mechanical oil pressure gauge in my dash.

I haven't heard good things about electric gauges. I have an Autometer Z-series boost gauge and it works great; jsut don't bother with the nylon tubing, get copper (or i've even seen stainless braided line; if your ballin' liek that...) I need to get a oil pressure gauge, it will be mechanical as well...
