personally if u can keep the gap from being too big and noticable i like the way they look alot. i hear its alot of work to do also. something about u have to cut part of ur stock fender and other stuff to get it to fit. but i didnt read that much on it. if u have the resources to do it i say do it. i like the way the body goes with that front end.

I don't really like the look of the swap. Personally I would keep it a stock front end, and consider modding it.

I've seen one in Charlotte, didn't really look right. Also saw one with an JDM ITR front; that looked way better.

personally i think that front end looks better on the eg than the car it came with. mostly because the rear end on the 99 hatch is ugly to me.

I've seen a few around here. Don't do it. It's retarded and a waste of money. The EG and EK look fine the way they are. Get yourself a nice set of foglights and a lip and the front end of the EG can look badass.
