Cyver glass roof

i have found one that i can purchase for USD $500 (used). do you guys think this is a deal?

for those who don't know, it is a transparent glass roof for crx's. looks pretty awesome. Very rare.

also, does anyone know any place that sells these?

I have no idea what it takes to put one on, but they look sweet when there on there.

The roof structure should be different, i would have liked to get one of these but good luck finding one.

prices normally range from 500-800 for them. 500 is a good deal.
basically someone is going to have to hack the crap out of your roof, leaving some of the pillar and weld the new hatch on.
you should be able to ask a import shop if they have any suggestions to who in your area can do this and/or if they've worked with anyone before.

you arent trying to put one on the 87 are you?

also make sure it comes with the visors and mirror too.

i think it won't fit the 87. i think it's for the 88-91, not the 87.

I've always heard of them refered to as Mugen glass tops. As far as I knew they were only avalible on the Mugen SiR's. Oh well you learn something new every day.

Not Mugen and I know someone in Toronto who was getting two.....
