sometimes when my car starts up it wont stay reved up at 1,000rpm it will go up and down from 1000 to 2500 over and over and sometime it wont do it and sometime it will. One day it stop for a few weeks and them one day it started agin a a stop sign..it just doesnt it a random, it doesnt bother me and i dont really care to fix it, my dad just wants to know what the problem is btw its a d16y6

does it do it on cold starts or when motor is at operating temperature?

check your IACV your FITV and possibly your tps voltage.........

IACV...but aside from the thread, why are you running a B16 jdm plate on your car, if you have a d?

heres a link to what i used to solve my problem. Mine ended up being a tear in my intake manifold gasket, but i used this site to get me there.
