b seriesTB on a Y8 manifold?

I was told by a local shop that any b motor throttle body will work on a y8 manifold?Is this true?I have a z6 and tried TB'S from a B20,H23,and ls motors they all have the same diameter opening as my stock z6 TB.I want to go bigger but I don't want to spend 300$ on a racing TB when I can just get something bigger from another engine.

Yeah, it's true, the only difference between the B18B and the Y8 is the gasket (I think for the gasket, I'm not sure)

You can port the gasket while doing the manifold...

My question hasn't been answered yet lol.What is the biggest throttle body I can use from a stock honda motor that will fit on my Z6.Thanks for all the help guys greatly appreciated.:mrgreen:
