yep i was thinking that too , its just my cel phone cam !!!! and it was a bit over cast today ,
as for the wheels thay are from a 1994 civic sedan , in the uk

yep not a big fan of the rims my self , but thay were free !!!! 15"
might try and paint them satin black and see how thay look
