ok well my car that i drive is a 95 nissan maxima, with an auto transmission. the tranny has 170,000 (just turned couple miles ago) anyways. first gear or the first shift point in D is sometimes really rough and other times its nice and smooth . also when i goose it a bit, it will kick down, but then hesistate like its slipping. another thing it does like a hiccup while in d with the brake on. im not too savvy with automatics transmissions. any ideas on what could be wrong, *and the slipping and the hiccuping isnt constant,. only sometimes and then it goes away.* it has a highmilage tranny fluid and it was just changed. any help would be great.
