Tranny noise a whining at 2.5rpm or 3rpm

I have a 97 civic hb cx and i replace the cx tranny with a 92 ex tranny and reused the release bearing, and now the new tranny makes lots of noise it makes a small whinning noise at idle when clutchis out when i press it down goes away and when i drive in first gear slow reving up to 2.5 or 3rpm it makes a noise loud one wondering what it is ? o yea my old release bearing was stuck to my old tranny when i was trying to get it out so i dont know please help thanks

Replace the throwout bearing. My stock tranny in my 98 hatch is making the same whirring noise.
