i pulled out my old tranny out last week and put my new one in... feels like a 100% different car... i was having problems with the throwout bearing sticking. grinding in all gears... popping out of second and fifth gear..well i think i found the reason to probably most of my problems..when i pulled it out, there were metal buildup on the tb..and when i went to turn the input shaft on the tranny i come to find out that the input shaft would shake for like a distance of an 1/8 of an inch all the way around the shaft

yeah i was just goin to junk the tranny and seeing hows i have never tore into one im keeping it around so i can tear into it and see what there is to see cuz half of the things that all you guys are talking about is like spanish to me so yeh thats what i planned on doing.. im hoping that it will be an enlightening experience and an opportunity to learn a little bit about what the hell goes on in those things.

trust me it will the inside of the tranny looks really cool everything is so clean looking ,and machined big diff from the outside case.
