This should help with the throttle body.

The nipple in pic 3 go to the nipple on the bottom of throttle body.
The 2nd pic is a egr valve one side of it goes to the charcoal canister and the other side i cant remember where but it is a vaccume source.
Pic 4 is a coolant line.

I am about to switch my y7 to a y8 manifold, so I was looking for information on that and I stumbled across your difficulty. Since I still have my y7 manifold attached, I'm going to try to help you out by getting some pictures of my manifold and some of the things in your pictures that you can't figure out so that you can see how the guys at the Honda factory put it together. Gimme an hour and check back.

Hey, I took some pictures and realized it was really hard to see, so I color coded a bunch of stuff. I've got your pictures and mine all color coded to match where things should hook up. I hope this helps a lot!
