what are your intentions for the vehicle? I.e. FI, NA? Will this be daily driven on pump gas, or a trailor queen running c16?

What are your plans for your car... lower compression is better for Forced induction, although the stock levels should be fine for streetable levels of boost. Higher compression is good for all motor applications, as well as can be used to some extent with forced induction.

to get the most from your engine keep 9.2 to 1 compression and put a supercharger or a turbo on it. it all depends on how much you wanting to spend on it i guess

i got s stock d16z6 air intake.. i wana run my dawgs chevycaprice. but dat shit is fast. it chirps in second and its automatic. lt1 with iinatke and exhaust. i and a bad ass shift kit. i am suppose to run him soon but i kno hes gonna dawg my ass. so i was wondering what i should do to run a chevy

put an lt1 in your civic and then you will beat up on him dogg fo sho. I Hear its a direct swap.
Better yet, swap in the holy grail d... a d15b2, lower the compression and you'll be set to smoke the caprice
