Hi all. I'm thinking about getting an LSD for my car sometime in the future (too expensice right now). I can find lots of info on what unit is better for racing and why and it looks like for racing applications, the stock Honda units don't hold up very well at all. Thing is that I don't want it for racing. just for trying to climb hills covered in snow and ice :). From some of what I've been reading, the torsen-style LSDs that Quaiffe and OBX make may not really be the best for traction in bad weather which is a big part of my interest in putting one in (though admittedly, they have to be better than stock).

Since I don't plan to race and I'm only going to mildly modify my engine, would a Honda LSD hold up well enough?

Thanks!

Greg
