New here, quick question

i'm rockin the d16y5 with the p2n ecu and was wondering if i coud run a p28 without any splicing soldering, outside the box thinking, or if it is sinple obd2 -> obd1 conversion.... (and since im new here i will state that i did search these forums for this info but couldn't find it, kthnx)

you can run it with a conversion harness but you need to chip the ecu to run right.

Was going to be chipping eventually with a hondata s300, or custom one, but without boosting it yet, would i need still need it to be chipped right away as soon as i put it in, because i was just going to go to the junkyard and pull an p28 soon, and then save up for the chip
