Has any one ever had to get another serial number from john. my computer decided to be gay and restored itself back to original programs when my brother installed Vista and Linux on my computer. So now my crome pro is gone. i am thinking about emailing john to see if he will give me another S/N. but im not sure how understanding he is.

just have proof of when u purchased it also how you paid for it

i have heard some bad stories about this. i think the results where you had to buy it again. you might be able to save it if you can look at your comps regestry.

I've heard the exact opposite.

I would say contact him and see what he says.

And the only reason your old code won't work is if you reinstall windows.

the code should still be in your email if you havent deleted it. i still have mine from 2 years ago...

well i think i still have my code. but my computer deleted my crome software. so i have to download another one. which means ill have a different product code. and my old S/N wont work.
