View Full Version : Difference between USA and CDN Harness??

Ok so in Canada the plug that plugs into the Alternator is a three wire plug, in the states a 4 wire plug...
In the us there is an extra wire White/Green that goes to the ECU. The canadian version does not have this. If I splice in the CND plug and just tape up the above mentioned wire that goes to pin 19 on connector A at the ecu, will ti do anything funky?

nobody knows what will happen if pin 19 on connector a does not receive a signal what the ecu will do?

Try Rywire.com Has Ecu pinouts for various Ecu's.

The ELD is a part of the engine-side fuse box....
