My nephew

Just wanted to take some time to introduce everyone to my nephew Chase Evan. He was born 6/16/2006 with a heart defect due to his mom being a fucking coke head (I'm not being mean, it's the truth). We are trying our best to adopt the little guy, he's in foster care right now, but luckily his foster parents live right down the road and are very nice people that let us visit him as much as we want. He has a shunt in his chest right now that allows his heart to flow blood like it's supposed to, he had to have this suregery at only a couple of days old, but he's going to have to have another surgery within the next couple of months for a more permanent solution. He is doing good, he's up to 10 lbs now, but the poor little guy has acid reflux disease, and has to be hooked to a feeding tube to help him get his weight up. If I could get my hands on his mom, I would not hesitate to beat the living shit out the stupid bitch for what she did to Chase. If everyone could, please keep the little guy in their thoughts and prayers, we're hoping we can get him living with us and the adoption process started before Thanksgiving.

As for the mom, I'm sure in a few years, if she cleans up she'll realize how big of a mistake she made, and I also hope that she'll be grateful to you for saving her son!

I'm a very easy going person that dislikes very few people, but she is one of these people. She is not even 30 yet and has abandoned twins in Kentucky with her ex fiance, had 2 kids taken by DSS, and give birth to twins last year that lived an hour after they were born premature and when they examined them they discovered high amounts of coke in their system. IMHO this stupid bitch needs to be locked up and steralized(sp?) before she does something like this again. It just pisses me off to no end that the system keeps giving her more chances :sadface:

Exactly. My fiancee's cousin is the same way. The state should make her get her tubes tied. She's lost like 4 kids to DFS and her ex boyfriend used to punch her in the stomach to get rid of the baby everytime she got pregnant. She should have like 13 kids by now. Good luck with the adoption. I see no reason why they shouldn't let you take the little guy. He's a cute baby.

thanks Steve-O, yeah the little guy gets facinated when we pull out the camera or a phone to snap a pic of him :lol:. He'll be giggling or laughing and as soon as he see's someone trying to snap a pic of him, he focuses on the camera, esp when you try to take his picture with a camera phone 'cause he see's his reflection on the outside screen :lol:

thanks guys, we're working on the paperwork to get everything started. We have to foster first so we can go ahead and get him here, then we can work on the adoption process. Verizon offers an adoption assistance program that will help us with the finacial part of the adoption

It's amazing the dichotomy of people in the world...on one hand, there are the thieves/wastes who would rather steal from others than work for their spoils; then there are you guys, who bend over backwards to ensure that a child has a real chance in life to grow up in a loving, nurturing environment.
