td05=14b
td04= not 14b.
its a smaller turbo, im not 100% sure but i think it was the turbos used on the auto dsm's.

the turbo you are referring to is a TD04-13G-5cm2.
it came equipped on the 1989-1994 Eclipse 4G63 2.0L Automatics.
the 1st gen DSM cars with 5 speed came with the TD05H-14B-6cm2

those are similair turbos but yours is adjustable and his probably is too but just because it has no threads doesnt mean it really does it might just be the wastegate arm is adjusted all the way down and you just cant see the threads but i would try to see of you can adjust it as far as the psi it puts out it might be more or less its hard to say because you said it has no threads so im like wtf i have never seen a wastegate arm with no threads but even still how can 2 turbos with different numbers be the same turbo that doesnt make any sense so why ask that question i would just slap on your turbo and worry about your own shit and make that run right who cares if his doesnt have threads that just means your is better hahahahahahaha breathe hahahahahahahahha wait wait breathe hahahahahhaa
