If he doesn't have clue about cars then why are you letting him order your shit?

I'm guessing his friend brings parts into the country for him. (?)
If you have to ask what you need, and you want to slap something together in a month, you might want to rethink your strategy.
I HIGHLY suggest that you take your time in doing your research so that you know what you're doing and exactly what parts you want so that you know what kind of results to expect.
Otherwise, I forsee lots of problems with this project.
For instance, how do you plan to TUNE your setup if no one in your country has a honda? Are there performance shops that know how to tune Hondata, Crome, TurboEdit? (I'm guessing no.)
Or are you going to run an FMU? This unfortunately might be an option you need to consider.
Anyways,
read as much as you can on this website, and others like www.homemadeturbo.com and www.turbod16.com
then start posting when you can ask informed questions.

Yes my friend just brings parts for me!And we have some crxes hondas specialy CTR's, 2005-2006 accords,88-91 civics, del sols, but they are very rare and the so called honda lovers don't no shit about them cars, and stuf like this bun no one has got a turbo setup etc.they usualy race european racing cars(wich usually go realy fast)!we got dyno's tuning stores and shit like that but if you ask about ngk wires,AEM intake,Skunk2 and so on they stare at you like you are an alien, for example i waited for my some bilstein shocks about 4 months....... and the only guy who nows hondata, autronic, and stuff like that is 800miles away(for real)! If I do my homework i think i wiil suceed! That's ,my opinion! Thanks!
if you need to drive 800 miles away to tune your car, i honestly think you would be better off getting a european car and making it fast. Look at it this way. if you build a motor, turbo it, and get all the parts in the car, then take it to get tuned, and have to drive 800 miles, what if you are running lean? burnt motor. I guess you could pay the guy that knows hondas to do the work, but what if the car breaks down? he probably wont come 800 miles to fix it for you, and you will have to pay to get it towed 800 miles. it really isnt worth the trouble.
