88-89 = 6800
90-91 = 7200

^^ both my ecu's are 90..... and my motor is from a 1990 crx si...

although, i think they are both from a civic si.. not a crx, would this make a difference?

My `90 CRX Si goes to 7200, but I don't think it matters, there's not really any power up there.

i have the stock pm6 ecu in my 89 crx si and the rev limiter is at 6800 when its not fully warm, but then goes to 7200 when its fully warm. Coolant temp sensor problem maybe???

Yeah, I have plans but no money. Partially there, already have a Z6 that I'm going to build.
