What color is the smoke?
When does it smoke?
How much?

the smoke is white, it's just a little stream of smoke, and it only smokes after the car gets warmed up...

retorque your head. alot of times you need to torque the motor run it for a while and then re torque it

did you check to make sure everything was all nice and flat and smooth?

sounds like a water leak... did you have your head hydrostatically tested (you should with a blown headgasket normally if it has gotten hot at all ever)?
try re-tq'ing your head down... maybe 1lb higher to make sure.... see if it helps...
did you have your head milled or checked for flatness? did you clean off ALL of the gasket before re-installing?
white smoke means your burning water.... not a good sign if u just did a headgasket.
