does anyone know were i can get a cheap vtec controller or something that works the same? i know about the home made ones but idk, that sounds riskay...yes riskay and maybe hard. i know i tried to search but whenever itried to search and error message came up

Convert to OBD-1 and use a P28. Not the cheapest solution, but easily the most efficiant.

i was gonna do that but im making a deal with my buddy to get some other parts i need in exchange for my p28 cause i have been told that i dont need it.(i have another ecu that will run to motor) so i wanna just get something that will make vtec work for cheap

As long as you have a OBD-1 ECU you can chip it to run as a P28, that's really all you need.

remember. if you use a switch to 'turn on' the vtec, your fuel & ignition maps will not change as they should.

buy a vafc off ebay it u wanna go the cheap way but i recomend obd1 conversion
