Snapped bolt... [Archive]

Ok so I snapped one of the rocker cap bolts while doing my mini-me...the manual says 14ft/lbs and i was tightening at 14 and snap... im obviously going to get the other end out of the head but should it be safe to drive the car until I can get to a mechanic? The other 13 bolts are tight.

I have another set of bolts....but I cant get the broken peice out of the head. You guys dont think its safe to drive 15-20 kms on? if so ill hafta trailer it.

drove mine missing one for 10k+ miles with no problem out of it...im not tellin u itll b ok, just telling my experience lol...it was the very middle one that striped out
