I was just wondering if this is at all possible or if anyone has done it. I know it'd probably require some kind of modifications but it'd probably be cheaper than buying an aftermarket intake like a skunk2. I could just pick up a cheap ctr knock off off ebay hmmmmm..just a thought i don't know if it actually's been done......

hmmm..I see yea I wasn't sure if could be done or not. I like the short runners of the ctr's manifold. do you know if the ports match or if the runners are spaced the same on the two? because then maybe i could buy an obx manifold cut the flange off and weld it to the b manifold.........

No, B-series ports (and thus the runners too) are spaced wider. They're a different shape too (more oval).

But is it worth the right tools and time ?
I had the same idea... I lost interest halfway through. Not worth it. Those that had seen it IRL spoke of little gain.
