reuse rocker assembly bolts?

i know its not the best to reuse cyl head bolts because they stretch... but is it fine to reuse rocker assembly bolts because they're not torqued down as much...?

I did on mine and they were fine,i bought one new one and just compared the length compared with the used ones, couldn't tell the difference to be honest so i kept with them.
