I have a motor that sat for a year or two, never ran it, bought it for cheap. Decided to put a little bit of oil in each cylinder before compression test. I made sure that it had a good oil level. I put the compression tester in each cylinder to get same result 0. Motor cranks over nice and smoothm, no wierd noises but i noticed that the timing belt is a little loose. I opened the valve cover and it looks like new as well as the motor itself. No matter how messed up a motor may be, should it have some compression atleast? Any ideas??

You are doing something wrong... You shouldn't get 0. It doesn't run?
