Hey everyone im new to this forum considering i just bought a 90 civic hatch si with a zc swap in it. My question is i get a misfire at WOT from 3k on i changed the plugs, wires, fuel filter, etc... i cant seem to figure out what it is... also when i go WOT my tach jumps around like crazy while it's misfiring??? I really want to get it fixed so i can start enjoying my car...
Your wire terminals at your ignitor may loose. Wipe the inside of the dist cap down while you have it off.
If this works, you owe me a beer.

If you're going into the dizzy change the igniter and the coil at the same time, it's worth it for the peace of mind IMO

Ignitor, been through 3 on dohc zc and sohc zc's.
When putting in the new one make sure to use the grease on the back of it.
