I ran across what looks like a great deal, but I want to know what you guys think....

92 vx hatch (lamborghini pearl orange) painted floors an inside roof as well
JDM B16A ( i know I know)
LS transmission
HASPORT mounts
INtake, header, exhaust
carbon hatch
H/R coilovers
lower control arms
front and rear camber kit
power windows
short shifter
EX cluster
TENZo R seats
SPARCO steering wheel
AROSPEED Big BRakes front and rear
98 front end (EK front end conversion)
JDM Front bumper with side moldings
no a/c, no carpet or rear seat or rear plastics

$2800.......

why so cheap you ask.....well here is the catch

The alternator went out on the car (its fixed now) so the guy left it on the side of the interstate......well........some jackasses came along and broke the driver side glass (least of my worries) stole the aftermarket gauges and radio...that aint the bad part

then they RIPPED off the carbon hatch wing, RIPPED off the carbon hood, RIPPED off the headlights, and then stole the radiator......THEY DID NOT REMOVE THESE PARTS they physically ripped them off.....

SO for 2800 you get no hatch wing, no door glass, no radiator, hood or headlights......the rest of the car is fine......

OR i can get the car minus the engine trans, ecu, harness for $1,000

but 1800 for the b series is a good deal it would cost near that mucj to put a d in its place especially after you add in cv joints, clutch kit, and I will have to pay for the labor to have it installed I live in an apt and cant work on a car there so thats another $400......

or is this not a good deal at all and pass it up

I would do it. Replace the missing body pieces/rad/etc, replace the LS trans with a 93-97 Del Sol VTEC/99-00 Si trans, and rock it.

2,800 that ant bad at all. how many miles on the engine and car? if i would take it if it was low mileage.

dunno you know how those JDM low mileage engines are...the engine has only been in the car approx 10 months.the trans was just replaced less than 30 days another JDM low mileage trans....

it sound like a good deal but you gotta ask you self why is he stealing it so cheap.

Not to bad glass is cheap and everything else you could piece together cheap.
