heres some pics.....mind you the header was welded primarily by myself, not my brother,(mainly for those of you who are buying exhausts from my brother) thats why the welds look not-so-hot.......hey, ya gotta learn sometime. the header is now high-temp black powdercoated and the car should run tommorrow night. thanks for looking guys, go easy on my welds too.! haha!

my brother isnt anybody famous......we sell custom exhaust, made for your car......we can make it on your car (prefered, cause it will fit perfect), or we can make-to-order, rough fit for the car, send it to you, you have exhaust shop finish the install (cut main pipe to fit, finish weld that-or you could do it if you have the equipment.)if anyone is interested, call me (708)-269-5646 (adam). we've done about 50-75 exhausts so far, and this is our 4th header, i usually do the "building/tack welding" he does the finish welding. the ITB's are homemade by us also, using our cnc machine and some elbow grease. man, i think i just jacked my own thread in a way........oh well

the filters are EMIGO universal pieces...54 mil. got them at a motorcycle shop, they were only 9.95 apiece! the velo. stacks are OLD SCHOOL (circa 1975 or so) weber BILLET STAINLESS pieces.....yeah, i'm proud of that find. got them from an old dude at an air cooled VW shop.....for CHEAP. used, but perfect.

i have got the car completely running now, and i did a bit of tuning to make the ITBs run without flooding the car at half throttle/idle. its very drivable now. still have some more work to do. i'm loving the noise the ITB's make.
