some one please tell me why they strip the interior of there car if it is not a drag only car. i mean every 50 pounds is 1hp. to me to make your car look like ass in the inside isnt worth it. why not just do it right and make the car just fast. someone tell me why people strip the inside and why they think it is worth it

Function > Form. Seriously, a stripped interior doesn't look like ass to me, looks like someone is taking things serious. Sometimes too serious, and it really isn't that good of an idea, except some people who have a lot more stripped. When you are trying to save weight, you save all that you can. Now if someone were to just strip the interior, that'd be dumb. But, strip it, remove the AC, maybe PS, CF hood and trunk, etc etc, it all adds up.

Besides, like I said at the beginning, some people don't care if their car is "pretty" or simply have a different idea of what looks good.

That same person would think people are stupid for getting aftermarket seats that are heavier than stock.
