I am at my wit`s end with an IACV problem on a D16z6 engine.
After trying 3 different P28`s (all in good condition btw) and 3 different IACV sensors (all in working order)...I am STILL getting a code 14 - IACV
I have run new wires from the sensor to the ecu: A9 (grn/wht) and A23 (blk ground). I also tried using chassis ground in place of A23...didn`t work.
Anyone have any suggestions? I have tried every possible combination and I`m too pissed to keep working on this p.o.s.
Am I retarded and using the wrong pinouts?
Thanks.

Your pinout is correct.
Interesting, have run wires directly to the ECU... checked for continuity just to be sure?
You're sure the EACVs are stuck.

Check for vacuum leaks. A vacuum leak will throw code 14 as well.

Make sure the right plugs are in. The purge solenoid valve plug and EACV plug are identical and really close to each other. Check wire colors!
EACV yel/blk(+12VDC) and blu/yel(controlled ground)
TW Sensor (Temp) Red/Wht(signal to ECU) Grn/Wht (signal ground)
TA Sensor (Temp) Red/Yel(signal to ECU) Grn/Wht (signal ground)
My Code 14 problem held me up for TWO months!!

Civic_rider, you were right on the money...I had the EACV and TW`s mixed up!
Man I feel stupid... the simplest answer is usually the right one. I guess I overthought things and didn`t see the obvious.
Thanks again everybody for your input, it`s much appreciated.
