how to id vortec fmu

i want to know how to tell what size my vortec fmu is. i get asked this alot and have never known. also i will be removing it soon because im upgrading my injectors and fuel pump and fpr so i wont need the fmu anymore,and i want to know how to tell when i put it up for sale

Why you don't need FMU ? you'll go with eletronic tuning ?

Only FPR and larger injector ? what happen boost on/ boost off ? same A/F mixture ?

im ditching the fmu cus im getting injectors ,fuel pump,and fpr. well i just need fuel pump as i already have the other two. the reason why i dont like the fmu is cus it heats up the gas and sometimes boils it. thus its more prone to detnoation. and where i live its starting to hit 90f so tuning is even more of a bitch on a turbo car.
