Is a sohc zc a good motor to build?

I'm trying to sell my current hatch right now for extra money. I'm getting a 91 si crx and i'd like to know if i should build a sohc zc because my friend at work can get me a complete one really cheap. i got way to many questions. i don't know if im allowed to ask them all in here or not. or should i?

thanks, yeah. cause i'm picking up [hopefully] this black crx with a b16 in it that i dont want. uhm.. i will probably end up selling that b16 and then js buy that zc that my co-worker is selling . im selling my hatch that i have right now i mainly want offers cause i dont know how much it could go for.. but anyway thats a lil off the topic. i just want to basicly have a nice looking beater. i work like 30 miles from where i live? and i cant be messing with nothing ima have to tune and has a lota gas consumption.. so i was thinking zc would be perfect for it.. but then again i might need a few things..

i know ima need 91 crx heating controls.. and w/e shiftknob.. im missing those outa the rex i might get.. but yeah if anyone can help me with anything please do! thank you

i would switch out a gay ass b16 its over rated and lame only leave in any other b-series motor thats not a b16. get the zc single cam i have one and i stomp on b16's all the time plus i still save gas not saying the b16 cant.

ahhh, cause i need a few things for the b series anyway.. i believe i need a dizzy for it.. and i'm not sure what else because its been sitting with all the sparkplugs out.. i dont know if thats bad or not but its been sitting like that for 2 years nearly. so i need that answered too lol. but yeah i wonder what i'd need to switch it back to d series.. could i use the same ecu? haha. i dont know that much... heh. but yeah i like the b series kinda but i've heard good things about zc's. but yeah feel free to enlighten me lol, thanks.

Find an LS or GSR block and make a LS/VTEC or Poor Man's Type-R with that B16 head.

ehh, i could do that but .. i dont know. zc sounds interesting to me. everyone has a b series. and i got a question, could i slap a y8 head on a d15b2 ? and what would i need? thanks if u guys can help me with that too

throw a turbo on what you have and be done. you will be faster than a D series any day and for less money...
